Cloudflare Global Network Experiencing issues
Cloudflare servcies are currently operating normally, and they consider this incident resolved.
If you have any issues, please log a call the normal way through the Self Service Portal.
We believe all University of Dundee services to be functioning as normal after the cloudflare outages earlier however they are still experiencing issues recovering services so we are monitoring things closely.
This post will be updated next on Wednesday 19 November.
Cloudflare have implemented a fix, and they believe the incident is now resolved.
They are continuing to monitor for errors and ensuring all services are back to normal.
There may be some delays on downstream systems and services.
Cloudflare are continuing to work on restoring services.
Please note this incident is also affecting the use of SEAtS.
Update from Cloudfare
We have made changes that have allowed Cloudflare Access and WARP to recover. Error levels for Access and WARP users have returned to pre-incident rates. We have re-enabled WARP access in London.
We are continuing to work towards restoring other services.
We've confirmed there is a problem, and are monitoring cloudflare status for further updates.
The latest update from cloudflare is "We are seeing services recover, but customers may continue to observe higher-than-normal error rates as we continue remediation efforts."
